Actually, its more than that. I think the last time a non-Scott County team won the Region D was in 1999. Pound defeated RC in three matches (Region D was @Pound that year). RC was Region D champ in 2000, 01, 03, 03 again because of realignment. GC was champ in 02, 04, & 05. this will make the 8th straight year. Before 99, RC put together a streak of quite a few years as Region D champ, starting in the late eighties or early nineties.
